Order Processing
We process orders seven days a week. Orders placed on major holidays are queued for processing the next business day. Shipments dispatch Monday - Friday. Prices and items are periodically subject to change. We reserve the right to correct typographical, descriptive and photographic errors. Orders based on incorrect information are subject to cancellation.

Payment is made before shipment.
Payments are accepted in US funds.

Shipping Schedule
There is no UPS Ground movement on the following U.S. holidays:
*Only major holidays (not subsequent days) affect our order packing, freight movement and tracking number notification.

My Christmas Snowman does not store your credit card information, you may find it helpful to use Yahoo Wallet or the form function of your favorite browser to fill in your address and payment information on repeat orders.
When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?
Your order is processed for immediate shipping and your payment is secured.
Credit Card Fraud
My Christmas Snowman participates vigorously in merchant organizations that are united in their effort to reduce credit card fraud and protect internet consumers; we utilize several systems available to us to ensure that credit card transactions are legitimate and secure. Orders using incorrect billing addresses will be cancelled.
PayPal Orders
We accept PayPal for payment.
How to Order
Please note that we reserve the right to require additional forms of identification prior to processing any order. Failure to provide requested information promptly will result in order cancellation.
Online Orders
All purchase transactions take place on a secure server using 128-Bit Encryption protecting both your personal information and your credit card transaction. We will never sell, divulge, disseminate or give away any information submitted to this site to outside parties for any reason.
International Orders
International orders (excluding Canada) may ship to US locations only - enter complete billing address by including Municipality, Province, Township, zip code, etc. in the street address 2 field. Please use your freight forwarders city, state and zip in the remaining fields. Your freight forwarders address must be on file with your credit card issuing bank as an authorized alternate shipping address or a credit card authorization form must be signed. International orders may not fax or email orders. To avoid processing delays, be sure to enter your credit card issuing bank’s phone number in the billing information phone field when checking out.
When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders ship in 4-10 business days, however, larger orders may take longer for ready shipment.
PLEASE NOTE: Items weighing less than 1 pound may be shipped Parcel Post First Class. Items shipped Parcel Post First Class cannot be tracked.
Back Orders
My Christmas Snowman does not accept back orders, if an item purchased is out of stock, your order will be adjusted and you will receive a confirmation email with your order total promptly.
Shipping to the Continental United States
*We reserve the right to substitute shipping methods.
My Christmas Snowman offers flat rate shipping rates (including insurance) to the Continental United States via UPS Ground Service. Orders $2000.00 and up will not calculate shipping charges in your shopping cart, 8% will be added to your merchandise total after check out.

UPS requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses. A signature may be required for delivery.

NOTE: UPS does NOT include the pickup day, weekend days, or Holidays in calculating the time in transit. Delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed. Holiday seasons may require additional time.
Please note that delivery in the Eastern States may take up to 14 calendar days to be received. If you haven't received your order after 14 days, please contact us, be sure to include your order number for prompt service.

Orders shipping UPS 2nd Day Air will be received in 3 - 4 business days including processing (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that orders shipping to AZ, CA, NV & UT usually arrive in four business days (including processing) via standard UPS Ground service and choosing UPS 2nd Day Air may be an unnecessary expense. Orders sub-totaling over $999.99 will not calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart, we will email you with your final order total before processing your order.

UPS Delivery Tracking
It may take up to four business days to receive your tracking number. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation via email promptly after your tracking number becomes available. Please note that your tracking number will be valid, however, your package may take a few additional days to appear in the UPS system.
You can always check the status of your order via the url included in your order confirmation email.

Canada Post is available for orders shipping to Canada. Rates include shipping, handling, duties and GST. Shipments dispatch weekly on Thursday. Orders must be received by Tuesday, 12:00 p.m. PST in order to ship the same week. Please allow three weeks for delivery. Orders sub-totaling under $74.99 will not calculate the correct shipping costs in the shopping cart; upon processing, your shipping charges will be adjusted to the correct rate as published in the rate table above. Deliveries to Canada are subject to weight restrictions, for a list of restricted products; please visit our product info page.
Shipping to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and United States Territories
USPS Priority Mail is available for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses. Orders sub-totaling over $410.00 will not calculate shipping costs in the shopping cart, we will email you with your final order total before processing your order. APO/FPO orders final delivery are subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services. Orders shipping APO/FPO do not receive tracking numbers.

Order Cancellations and Non-Deliverable Orders
We cannot cancel or adjust your order as we utilize automated ordering systems. If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee is incurred.
How to Return Orders
DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE, PLEASE READ DAMAGE CLAIMS FIRST.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser. A 20% restocking fee is charged on non-defective merchandise. To qualify for a refund the product must be unused and show no wear. Return the product in the original product box inside an adequate shipping box and include a copy of the packing slip. We must RECEIVE the package within 30 days from purchase date. Refunds are only issued once we have received the merchandise. If you need assistance please email returns. Please note that packages that have exceeded the thirty day period will be returned C.O.D..
Damage Claims
Inspect your merchandise upon arrival, damage claims will not be honored if reported past 15 days of delivery. To process your claim, please fill out a Damage Claim Form (pdf file), claims are processed within three business days.
Please note that damage claims must be submitted all at once. We will not replace or refund more than once per invoice. Do not discard any packaging or paperwork. Do not return the items yourself and incur return shipping costs.
All items with a value of $25.00 or more and/or excessive damage claims will require an emailed photo of the damage for immediate replacement. If you are unable to furnish a photo, you may request a pre-paid return label, once we have received the merchandise, we will ship a replacement. Please note this process takes approximately two weeks.
